MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (jaarcontract: mogelijk resulterend in een vast dienstverband)

Functie-inhoud:
• Je maakt deel uit van een van onze multidisciplinaire Business-Line teams en daarbinnen verantwoordelijk
voor de ontwikkeling en verbetering van producten en het productieproces. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen
met veel andere disciplines, van Business manager tot Quality Engineers;
• Vanaf de ontwikkelingsfase van een product, ben je het interne aanspreekpunt namens Operations en
treedt je op als probleemoplosser;
• Gedurende de eerste fases van de product life-cycle drijf je de implementatie van randvoorwaarden, zodat
deze producten technisch en repeteerbaar maakbaar zijn. Dit op de meest efficiënte wijze, volgens de meest
doelmatige en economische bewerkingsmethoden;
• Product en productieproces specificaties worden door jou vastgelegd;
• Product en productieproces analyses worden door jou uitgevoerd en je zet noodzakelijke
verbeteringstrajecten in voor het realiseren van kwaliteits-, productie- en kosten verbeteringen;
• Je treedt op als projectleider, je denkt mee en adviseert over technische ontwikkelingen bij de klant. En je
voert in overleg met verkoop en klant product- en productieprocesverbetering door;
• Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste communicatie (in technische zin) tussen verkoop, klant, R&D
en operationele afdelingen.

Functie-eisen:
• Je beschikt over een HBO opleiding met technische achtergrond (werktuigbouwkunde of
procestechnologie);
• Je hebt een ruime ervaring opgedaan als Engineer in de voorbereiding van productieprocessen en bent
in staat om klanteisen te begrijpen en te vertalen naar product specificaties en de betekenis hiervan voor
het bedrijf;
• Je hebt ervaring opgedaan als projectleider met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams;
• Op basis van analyses van interne processen initieer je verbeteringen en implementeert deze samen met
de betreffende afdelingen;
• Je hebt kennis van diverse fijnmechanishe bewerkingsmethoden in een machinefabriek en de hieraan
gerelateerde processen en procesapparatuur. SAP/ 6 Sigma ervaring en kennis van het CVD proces
ervaring is een pre;
• Je communiceert gemakkelijk, ook in het Engels met diverse functionarissen zowel binnen als buiten de
organisatie van verschillend niveau;
• Je kunt, voor één uitleg vatbaar, medewerk(st)ers informeren, verbeteringen opstellen/rapporteren en op
een goede wijze beargumenteren;
• Je bent resultaatgericht, analystisch, accuraat en hebt goede planvaardigheden;
• Je hebt overtuigingskracht, tact en doorzettingsvermogen;
• Je bent kritisch, loyaal en een echte teamplayer.

Sales Manager Licensing

The Challenge
The Licensing Sales & Services department is responsible for executing our customer's core business of selling licenses and related services for the use of licenced technologies all over the world including life cycle support services. In order to catch up with the expanding business and further strengthen the department we are recruiting for a Sales Manager Licensing

In this role you are the key team player to contribute to the development and implementation of sales execution of to be acquired license projects. Commercialization of the licensed technology and know-how developed by our customer will be part of your commercial success.
Your key areas of responsibility are to:
•    Coordinate the formulation of the business plans in order to acquire license projects;
•    Contribute to commercialize strategic technological developments;
•    Provide guidance to relevant developments in the market;
•    Implement and execute the business plan and maximizes the results in sales of the license projects;
•    Negotiate and conclude the corresponding sales contracts completely;
•    Determine joint communication and promotion policies for our customer's products;
•    Ensure correct handover of the contracted project to the Project manager;
•    Contribute to development and expansion of the product portfolio relating to the "Full Life Cycle" philosophy to capitalize wishes of new clients;
•    Execute contract assessments prior to contracting;
•    Coordinate complaints and improvements and execute claim handling;
•    Assign products commercially in the Innovation Pipe Line.

The Candidate
You combine at least a Bachelor/Master Degree with a technical background and experience working in the relevant business from a sales and marketing perspective. Affinity with the design, construction and operation of processing plants is highly recommendable as this adds value.
Doing business in other countries and parts of the world is something you feel comfortable and familiar with.
As potential new colleague you are a strong communicator liaising with the different stakeholders and have the commercial drive to make us best in class. Strong knowledge of the international contractor world and making clients and our customer's interests meet are important assets to this challenging role.
